I use it to get my saves on/off my DexDrive (after running it through Aldo Vargas' MemManager to convert it to/from. MCR files (the kind of save files ePSXe and some other emulators use).
The Manage Memory Cards function in CWCheat isn't a savestate loader, it's for importing/exporting.
